Keeping Those Special Memories Close to Your Heart

Many people look for unique ways to retain the memory of deceased loved one. There is often a strong desire to hold the departed soul close to your heart. When life seems to be a burden, memorial jewelry helps you overcome the pain caused due to the death of a loved one.

Memorial jewelry is available in a number of different themes and varieties. Your choices range from necklace, rings and pendants to bracelets, earrings and key chains. Therefore, it would not be difficult to find a suitable pendant to memorialize a deceased loved one. A memoir helps us remain connected with a loved one who has gone into eternity.

Few pieces of memorial jewelry are created with the portion of ashes of a deceased loved one. Moreover, other pieces feature a chamber that allows you to preserve the ashes. Generally, bracelets and necklaces are best suited for this kind of choice.

Often, you have the desire to engrave the portrait of a loved one on a piece of jewelry. Portrait pendant is another appropriate choice for memorial jewelry. Here, a copied portrait is etched over the surface of a pendant using laser beams. This ensures the eternal presence of your loved one.

Cremation diamonds is another kind of jewelry that has gained popularity during the recent times. Unlike other forms of memorial jewelry that allow you to preserve the remains of a loved one, these diamonds are made from remains such as lock of hair or ashes. In the beginning of this process, carbon is extracted from the remains of deceased individual. Thereafter, the carbon is subjected to extreme heat and pressure.

Memorial jewelry can also be displayed in your home. Glass domes specially made for the purpose of display are used to exhibit the jewelry in a beautiful and tasteful manner. Storage boxes are usually available with such pieces of jewelry. This allows you to store or display the jewelry when it is not worn.

Other forms of memorial jewelry include memorial bracelets and key chains. The name of a deceased loved one can be easily engraved on these pieces of jewelry. Majority of people wear these bracelets in remembrance of a loved one who has lost his/her life during a military action. Normally, such bracelets are made of stainless steel or any other metal.

Majority of people appreciate the value and comfort offered by the pieces of memorial jewelry. You can keep the departed soul close as you move forward on the path of closure. No matter where you are, you can always carry a part of your loved one.

This is a great idea…but how are we assured our loved ones ashes are really in the jewelry after scams that have been in the news?

I believe this issue exists in almost every aspect of doing business. For example how do you ensure the jewelry you purchased is real gold? Do you take it to a metallurgist? How do you know the sandwich you bought actually contains 6 grams of protein? Do you send it to a food chemist?

Every single day we trust businesses to deliver the product they advertise. The only suggestion I have is to do business with a reputable company that you trust is honest.
